Sugaring is a natural body hair removal method, consisting of three simple ingredients; sugar, lemon, and water. Sugaring is a great alternative to wax as it does not adhere to live skin cells, only dead skin cells. This makes it perfect for those with sensitive skin. The sugar paste is applied going against the hair growth and removing the hair going the opposite way. This can lead to permanent hair loss!

-No exfoliating 48 hrs before your appointment.
-Keep your skin moisturized by applying fragrance free moisturizer daily.

-Do not apply any lotions, creams, deodorant or oils on the skin on the day of your appointment.

Wax contains resins that adhere to live skin cells, resulting in raw skin. Wax is also pulled out in the opposite direction of hair growth, causing more broken hairs resulting in ingrown hairs. Sugar is made from 3 natural ingredients (Sugar, Lemon and Water) and only adheres to dead skin cells, making it a much less painful/tender sensation on the area treated post hair removal. Sugar is also a smaller molecule than wax, meaning sugar can seep into the pore removing the hair by the root, and also removing any dead skin cells and build up. This makes sugar the PERFECT hair removal option for those who have more sensitive skin.

Absolutely! Just make sure you arrive to your appointment freshly showered, and put in a fresh tampon with the string tucked into your vagina. You may be more sensitive while on your period so take a Tylenol 30 min before your appointment to help ease discomfort. We cannot preform sugaring services on clients who refuse to wear a tampon or menstrual cup.

We can dream… but most likely not. The average person has 3 different hair growth cycles that continue one after another making the cycles rather difficult to time. If you follow all the sugar prep guide tips, and are able to grow your hair out for 5 weeks you MIGHT be able to get all your hair cycles removed during your appointment.
